I think the entire class owes Mary and Cheryl a big thank you for all the work organizing our 50th reunion.  Making sure everything went on within it a hitch took tremendous attention to detail and many long days and nights.

There are lots of things about this that stun me... it's been 50 years, I'm 68 now, all the things I hated about RC when I was a teenager I now appreciate, there's been a lot of miles between then and now. As I tell people, when ask my age, the best part about being this age is I am/we are still around to tell someone about, and I am/we are, for the most part, vertical and functional. My attendance is still iffy, but I hope to make it and renew/remake old acquaintences and friendships. Shalom, y'all!!

We are opening up the golf outing to any former students of Central or Stevens High Schools. and their friends and families.  As of today we have only 28 golfers signed up for the event.  We have room for 72 golfers, if interested please contact Bob Brandt

Hi,  I would like to put together a display about the fire in december 1970, when we were seniors at RCCHS.  I was in the lower lever of the Washington Building, in Julie Eberle's creative writing class when the fire started.  I remember that there was smoke coming out of the heating vents when we walked out toward 7th Street, and about 20 minutes later there were flames coming out of the roof.  The sophmores were cheering and the senior girls were crying.  i am trying to get some of the RC Journal stories of the fire as well as any info from the School Board and the Fire Dept. , but am not finding much.   If you have specific memories of the fire, please send them to me at "bob@cms-sd.com" and i will put something together for our fabulous reunion in September

Greatness from you both and my thanks for charging ahead. These reunions don't just happen until someone (or 2 or 3 folks) step up and 'work it'. Certain to be one of the best 50th. Can't wait to see all......
